Cute and cozy with room to spread out, this 2 bedroom + convertible den has a well thought out tri-level floor plan.

A nice deck is in front, you will enter the home on the main (middle) level. The kitchen, dining area, and family room are here.

The kitchen is open and spacious and allows its worker bees to socialize with guests who are in the family room as well. An extended counter top serves as a bar with bar stools for seating. The dinette is to the front of the kitchen with a window right next to the table so that guests can enjoy an outdoor view while seated there.

The family room is cozy with a sofa and chair. TV with DVD and VCR is here for entertainment. A native rock fireplace dominates one wall, welcoming inhabitants to warm themselves on chilly summer nights or snowy winter days.

From the main floor you have your choice of going upstairs or down. Both private bedrooms are located upstairs.

One bedroom offers a King bed, the other offers a Queen. There is a bathroom for convenience on this level.

Downstairs is a convertible den, complete with its own TV,VCR and DVD as well as a futon and occasional chair for comfort and additional sleeping. In the corner is a beautiful wood burning stove surrounded by floor to ceiling used brick, a bar and full size washer and dryer is also part of this room. A bathroom is also here for conveinence.

The backyard can be accessed from the den and is entirely fenced. A gas bbq and charcoal bbq is placed outdoors to cook hearty outdoor cuisine.
