HOW TO CHOOSE THE PERFECT VACATION HOME
The beginning of a perfect Gold Rush Resort Rentals vacations starts with choosing the right vacation home. Read the information below to help you excavate (choose) a Gold Rush Resort Rentals vacation rental home and make your vacation dreams a reality!
Our homes have interior and exterior photographs in addition to floor plan sketches that may be viewed with each property description. Property descriptions may be accessed through the A-Z Vacation Home List or from the results of a Gold Rush Resort Rentals Search. Our selection options allows you to find a home with the amenities you desire, such as pet friendly, hot tub, pool table, and specials offered. Take time to relax and browse through this website.
Each home is privately owned and reflects the owner’s personal taste. Homes range from basic to luxury. Rental rates are based on location, size, amenities, and physical condition. Every effort is made to represent each home as realistically as possible. Gold Rush Resort Rentals will not be responsible for providing additional furnishings and equipment. Please make sure the home you choose will meet your needs before you make your reservation. We will be unable to move you to another home, or make other arrangements for you, after your reservation has been confirmed or upon arrival if you are not satisfied with the home you have chosen.
The maximum number of occupants allowed in each vacation home is shown in the vacation home description beside MAX OCCUPANCY. The Premises may not be used or occupied at any time by more than the maximum number of occupants indicated. Adults and children, including babies of all ages, must be counted.
Bed sizes are indicated to allow flexibility in sleeping arrangements and do not indicate occupancy limits. Gold Rush Resort Rentals is authorized to rent to family groups only. Wedding and other celebratory events exceeding maximum occupancy at any time are not permitted. Overcrowding or misrepresentation is cause for immediate eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid.
The cabin rating of each home is also listed and easily identified to help you understand the level of condition the home you are considering is qualified at.
Cabin reviews are offered within the description page to allow guests to view past guests comments on their experience at the cabin.
Specials offered on the home will also appear on the page description to help you see if there are any specials offered during the time you are looking to stay.
Cabin comparison is an option extended so that you can easily choose multiple homes and compare amenities and price before deciding on which home to reserve.
The final price can be easily seen when you choose to “calculate rate” on each cabin description page. You can see this before moving forward with your reservation. This calculation will include all pricing so that there are no surprises at the end!
Rentals are available year round.
Reservation requests may be submitted online via our Gold Rush Resort Rentals Search or by calling our office at 800-363-8303 or our local number 909-866-5678. Prior to submitting a reservation request, please read our Gold Rush Resort Rentals Policies for an explanation of our policies and procedures, including rental charges, cancellations, check-in and check-out procedures, and much more. Violation of our policies and procedures may result in eviction without refund.
When you submit an online reservation request, you must call our office to verify the information submitted and finalize your request. The office is open seven days a week 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST (we close daily for lunch times vary). Your request is not finalized until we personally speak with you, verify your reservation request details, enter your MasterCard or Visa credit card information, and have discussed payment instructions with you. Online requests made during our office hours must be finalized within 24 hours, no later than the close of the following business day. Requests submitted when our office is closed will be followed up the following morning by 11 AM PST and must be finalized not later than the end of business day 24 hours thereafter. Requests that are not finalized with a Gold Rush reservationist will be automatically canceled without further notice.
Vacation Rental Agreement documents and fliers with information about the Accidental Rental Damage Insurance and the CSA Vacation Rental Insurance will be emailed or faxed to you thereafter. If your reservation is for arrival during a non-holiday in more than 1 month, your initial payment is due with the completed Vacation Rental Agreement and the final payment is due no later than 30 days prior to your arrival date. If your reservation is within the month of your arrival date, the full payment is due immediately by MasterCard or VISA credit card with your completed Vacation Rental Agreement.
Holiday reservations require a different payment schedule. Please call for details.
Please read your Vacation Rental Agreement carefully, making sure all information is correct. When you complete the Vacation Rental Agreement you will indicate your choice of options, indicate the actual number of dogs you will be bringing (if the home allows dogs), and verify your MasterCard or VISA credit card information which is required as a condition of rental regardless of the payment method used. The credit card will be charged only if you authorize payment of the amount due or IF there are any damages and/or problems not covered by the Accidental Rental Damage Insurance.
Tenants are responsible for abiding by all rules, regulations, and instructions in the Vacation Rental Agreement, in printed information provided to Tenants, and in the vacation homes.
