Lynette has had a passion for Big Bear ever since the family purchased a cabin in 1990. Raising her two children with her husband, while enjoying Big Bear and its delightfully laid back small town and resort attributes has brought a real sense of family togetherness and a true sense of home in every sense of the word. Being part of the Big Bear tourism has allowed Lynette’s enthusiasm to bring a sincere sense of down home family warmth in welcoming guests and making sure they know that service and their comforts is our priority in every aspect of Gold Rush Resort Rentals. She is currently a member of various organizations, The Big Bear Chamber, The Big Bear Resort Assoc. as well as the Better Business Bureau and The Vacation Rental Managers Assoc.
Assistant Manager - Michael J. E. Flaherty
After moving to the Big Bear area in 2007, Michael has been on a non-stop course to master the art of a hospitality based career. From humbled beginnings, walking the friendly Big Bear area with a snow shovel and greeting locals with snowless paths. Continuing thru in progressively mastering a variety of specialized positions pertaining to hospitality, Michael has passionately embraced every aspect with complete professionalism and enthusiasm. Living locally in this wonderful environment for four years has allowed Michael to obtain an unsurpassed knowledge about the Big Bear area and local events through out the year. Michael’s passion for psychology, the art of hospitality, and his local knowledge gives him an edge in helping you in planning your perfect Big Bear getaway.
